Faculty are welcome to contact the departments below with questions (and don’t worry if you’re not sure which one is best for your issue; we all work together to connect you to the right resources). This online tutorial covers the basics of using Canvas at BTC. It is student-focused but helpful for new teachers.

Learning to Learn Online
This online tutorial addresses how learning online is different from learning face-to-face. The Student-focused material is also helpful to new online teachers. It includes a self-assessment quiz for online learners.

The library provides general student technology support along with traditional research help. It is located on the third floor of Campus Center. Please see the BTC website for current library hours.
