Favorite Celebration

Christmas is my favorite cultural celebration for many reasons. First of all, this is an essential holiday in our religion. Christmas is celebrated by Christians all over the world. Second, it’s a lot of fun, because in my country there are also special rites at this time. For example, people dress up as different scary characters (like on Halloween), go from house to house, and sing different songs, that glorify God, and the owners of the house. Then they sow the owners’ house with various cereals wheat or rye so that owners have a good harvest. The owners treat people with snacks candy or money for this. All this happens in a kind, fun, humorous atmosphere. That’s why Christmas is my favorite Celebration.
