Part 3 Using Pressbooks at Cascadia

Now that you understand the options for adopting, adapting, or creating open educational content and the licenses attached to these, you can begin using Pressbooks.  Part Three will provide the information and guidance you need to get started on your own projects.

  • Sign in to a Cascadia Pressbooks account
  • Explore the PressbooksEDU catalogue for possibilities for adopting and adapting OER, or for ideas for creating OER
  • Find Pressbooks’ own User Guide
  • Import media, footnotes, and active glossary terms
  • Recognize how to create H5P content and activate Hypothesis
  • Catalogue your published work in our College’s Pressbooks catalogue
