Host: “Hi, Alicia! I just wanted to confirm your arrival. You’re coming in on June fifth , right?” Visitor: “Yes, I’ll be arriving on June fifth at three PM. I’m planning to take the bus or a taxi to your place. My departure is on June fifteenth in the evening. I’ll be staying at your guest room for a few days, but I will also visit my sister for a couple of nights.”
Host: “Hello, Ben. Are you landing on September third?” Visitor: “That’s correct. I’ll land at nine AM. I’ll rent a car at the airport and drive to your house for lunch. I should be there around half past eleven. I’ll be leaving on September twelfth, early morning, and I’ll stay at a nearby hotel.”
Host: “Hi, Clara! Your flight arrives on December 1st, correct?” Visitor: “Yes, I’ll be there at half past six. I’ll take the airport shuttle to your apartment. I’m flying back on December seventh in the afternoon.”
Host: “Hey, David! When should I pick you up?” Visitor: “I’ll arrive on February fourteenth at noon. I’ll take an Uber to get to your place, you don’t need to pick me up. My return flight is on the nineteenth, on President’s Day, at a quarter past nine. I’m looking forward to seeing your new house and spending the long weekend together!”
Host: “Hi, Emma! Just checking, you’re coming on over Thanksgiving still, right?” Visitor: “Yes, my flight lands at a quarter to eight on the day before Thanksgiving. I think that is the twenty seventh. I’ll catch a bus from the airport to your neighborhood. Can you give me ride to my hotel later in the afternoon? Check in doesn’t start till 3pm. I’ll leave on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. So we will have a few days together. I think the bus I will need to take leaves at half past 7 in the morning.”
Host: “Hello, Frank! When are you arriving?” Visitor: “I’ll be there on October tenth at five PM. I’ll get a taxi to your place. I’m departing on the seventeenth of October in the early morning. I’m looking forward to seeing the new baby! Congratulations!”
