Getting Around 1

To visit an area, click on its name in the menu bar.

For example, to see assignments, click on Assignments. That will bring up a list of assignments. For more information about an assignment, click on the name of the assignment.

Getting Around 2 — Modules

Another way to get around the site is to use Modules. Module is a fancy word for unit.

When you click on Modules, you’ll see all the content of the class in order. For example, the Week One module has handouts, PowerPoints, assignments, and discussions for Week One.

You can click on any item you’re interested in. Or you can walk through the module item-by-item by clicking the Next button on the bottom right of each page. Click the Previous button on the bottom left to go back a page. Or hit the Home button on the menu bar to start over.

The Start Here Module has general course information plus information on using Canvas and Zoom. You’ll also find our Zoom login info here, in case you misplace it.

NOTE: To avoid overwhelm, I open the modules week by week, rather than opening them all at the beginning of class. So keep checking back.
