My Neighborhood Yu-Ying Lai- x and Harri Parr

Yu-Ying Lai and Harri Parr

I never thought that I’d leave in the US one day. Fortunately, I could come here to have a special life unlike other people. I live in Kirkland, and it’s my first home in the US. Comparing the US and Taiwan, there are many different things in these two countries. I’ll talk about my neighborhood in the US.

There are a lot of things I enjoy about my neighborhood. For example, I have many friendly neighbors. The environment is very quiet and cleaned. There are also many markets and buses near by my house, so it’s easy to buy daily products and take the bus.

There are also some things I don’t like about my neighborhood. For instance, there is no shopping mall near my house, so when I feel bored I don’t know where I can go. I think it’s the only disadvantage of my neighborhood.

As you can see, life in my neighborhood has its own benefits and drawbacks. No matter what they are, I M still pleased that I can live such a good area.
