My Neighborhood

Living in a beautiful, safe and peaceful neighborhood is a happy life. My neighborhood now is like this. My neighborhood is in the northeast of Seattle. It is near the nature forest. Almost every weekend, I walk in there breathing fresh air and relaxing at that moment. There are a lot of things I like about my neighborhood, but also there are some things I don’t like about it.
I enjoy my neighborhood. There are many things I like. For example, it is important to live in a safe place. In my neighborhood, some volunteers from my neighbors patrol around the neighborhood at midnight. If there is something wrong, they will know first. My neighborhood is also beautiful and peaceful. There are many colorful flowers in public areas. And many neighbors plant different kinds of flowers around their house and design different styles of gardens to make it good-looking. It is also not close to major traffic, so it is very peaceful.
There are also some things I don’t like about my neighborhood. For instance, it is far a way to go to shop. I need to drive half an hour to buy groceries what I need. And there is also fewer activities in my neighborhood. Sometimes, when I feel bored, I go to the town center to find interesting things to make me enjoy.
As you can see, life in my neighborhood has its advantages and disadvantages. It is far a way to go to a grocery store and a bit boring. But it doesn’t affect its advantages. I am very thankful to live in beautiful neighborhood.
