My Yoga Coach: A Peaceful and Loving Soul

I admire my yoga coach so much. She is peaceful, free, and full of love. Every time I see her. She seems so calm and happy as if she seems to enjoy every moment of her life. Her name is Colleen. Her free nature, healthy lifestyle, and kindness make her a peaceful and positive person who inspires everyone around her, and of course, I am one of them.

What I really admire is how free she is. She lives in the moment and doesn’t worry too much about the past or future. She teaches us to focus on the present and that makes me feel more calm and free too. For example. She said the simplest way is to focus on the breath and be aware of your thoughts and intentions. Feel the energy flow of the present moment.

My coach is also very healthy. She takes care of her body and mind, and it shows in the way she moves and speaks. By the way. She is almost 65 years old, but she looks so young. The young here does not mean that she really looks like a little girl, but the way she chats and expression makes me feel that she is still a little girl. She inspires me to live a healthier life not just physically but mentally too.

What I love most about her is her kindness and love for others. She treats everyone with care and always has a kind word to say. After every action that I’ve collected lots of good words just as Nice, well done, so beautiful, totally, so proud of you, and so on. She always reminds the extent of each movement varies from person to person, to be the best comfort for yourself. She makes each of us feel important and cared for. Her love and compassion inspire me to be kinder to others and to myself.

My coach is a beautiful example of living with peace, freedom, and love. She teaches me not only yoga but also how to live with more joy and care for the world around me.
