How I Bought a New Violin

Jennifer Alvarado and Christopher Kaufman

I never had a nice violin until last week when I bought a new one. First, I checked ads online to compare brands and prices. I decided to buy in Renton because I realized that it was cheaper there. Then I went to the store to see it and try it out. After that, my sister asked me, “Would you prefer buying it today or tomorrow?” She asked me that because the violin was expensive and I didn’t have enough money to buy it. Then she decided to lend me money to buy it, so I finally bought the violin. I had had another violin when I was growing up in El Salvador, but the sound was not as good as this one. I think my new violin is wonderful!
