On My Path: Chenchira Stevens, Computer Network Technology Program

My path has let me through hardship, darkness, adventure, learning  and happiness. Renton Technical College. New friends, knowledge goal and grow up.

I studied the phychology and I discovered many theory of phychology is simila Bhuda teaching. I discovered “The Signal – Detection Theory” and discovered I realized from my study  I can create or change my habit to be better, for example before I do something I make a plan. I separate the big problems from the small.   I choose important things to do first . Meditation, peace and paying attention can help me focus on my studies.

I worked as a restaurant (cooking) and I discovered when you want to teach someone you don’t have to show much your acting, don’t be frustrated  if they don’t understand or not remember because the person that never have experience  or have not much experience about the job, when you are teaching them with emotional it will make the learner not happy to do that job, they do not enjoy and may don’t want to work that place anymore and you’ll find it hard to find the staff to live with you for long term they do not same the person have a lot of experience for sure. (past job or role) and discovered the employer need  expert employee and they are just focus things they want but they forget to think what are the things employee want from employer besides money.
