On My Path: Sarah Froisland, Veterinary Assistant program

My path had led me through doubt, guilt, shame, regret, unworthiness, and multiple settings of never being understood.

I studied so many subjects that never made sense. I learned to believe I was never meant to fit in.

I worked as a friend, a confidant, a student, a teacher, a healer, but was never valued for my work, never told that I mattered.

-Sister

-Daughter

-Caregiver

-Nurturer

-Learner

-Storyteller

-Crafter

-Painter

-Sculptor

-Seamstress

A path riddled with confusion, lessons I didn’t want to learn, places I didn’t want to go. But now my path has changed. I see friends, support, a place of belonging, a chance to succeed, to stand out, to do it my way, to be proud of me.

Tools of my Trade:

-Thermometer

-Syringe

-Stethoscope

Strengths of Spirit;

-A love of animals

-A caring heart

-Confidence in myself

My path is mine alone. Each step forward is mine to take. I will succeed at RTC.
