12 Self-Reflection & Evaluation

At least once in the year, and preferably more often, work through the RA Performance Evaluation yourself, and ask the RA Coordinator or another liaison librarian you’ve worked with a lot to do the same.  Compare your assessments, celebrate your successes, and set goals for the upcoming quarter.  This will help your improve steadily and will help your mentor provide references for you when you are on the job market in the spring.
