  2. Angle Grinder. Angle grinders are used to repair and remove welds as well as prepare a joint for welding.
  3. Grind off the mushroomed head. Repairing a mushroomed head by grinding off the folds can extend its usable life.
  4. It may result in injury or equipment failure. Tools are designed by manufacturers to be as safe as possible. Modifying a tool will likely make it less safe to use.
  5. True. Cranes look simple to use, but without proper training, they are easy to misuse, resulting in accidents, injuries, or even deaths.
  6. True. The further a load is moved away from a crane’s center of gravity, the easier it is to tip the crane over.
  7. Scissor lift. Scissor lifts are commonly used in construction.
