Tree Coverage Data Analysis and Equity (2023)

The following is an assignment for my chemistry class. In this assignment, students practice linear regression and data analysis on tree coverage data as a function of population density. They are then asked to listen to a 5-minute podcast episode (or read the transcript) and write a paragraph response. Finally, I ask the students to use the Tree Equity Score Project map to compare the tree coverage and demographic data for two cities.
