24 Winter ADD: Building Community Sessions
All District Day’s Building Community session, which will take place from 1:00pm to 2:20pm, is a series of breakouts designed to facilitate meaningful connections and discussions among all members of Pierce College.
Participants will have the opportunity to join one or more of our established Employee Resource and Affinity Groups
In addition, an Open Community session will be available for colleagues who would like to mingle and build community, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
HyFlex sessions will also be available for online participants; these include Zoom links to most of the ERG Spaces, as well as an overview workshop on what ERGs are, how to join an existing ERG, and how to start one.
The Building Community session aims to create an environment that celebrates diversity, fosters understanding, and promotes a sense of belonging and safety across our college community.
