The following site provides some great resources and information to us as educators and to students.

Communicating & Working with Others (https://courses.lumenlearning.com/suny-mcc-cos2master/chapter/working-in-groups)

The link provides some great information on Active Listening, a TED video on Five Ways to Listen Better, Interdependence, and Collaborating with Peers.  Each of these areas are excellent ways for improving upon communication with students and improving communication amongst students.  I really enjoyed the part on Active Listening.  This is such a great skill to work on and develop as it is so easy to want to speak to others, yet the key is to Actively Listen so that others and our students feel heard.
