Kate Johnston – Waves

2022.

Colored pencils, watercolor, ink, tissue paper.

A large shape of alternating green hues dominates the middle of the page, three round green tissue paper flowers decorating the left and bottom of the shape. A Ying and Yang symbol is on the east and west sides of the shape. Around the large green shape are smaller shapes of different colors (green, yellow, blue, aqua, purple, and red. These shapes are on a background of swirling gray lines.
