Aliyar Orozbaev
My name is Aliyar. I was 2 years old when we moved to the city of Bishkek from the Batken region. I grew up in Bishkek, but we came to Batken every summer to visit our relatives and have fun. When I was about three years old, I went to kindergarten and by the age of 7 I went to the first grade to school. I liked it at school, I won’t say that I was a good student. What I liked most about school was that I could see my friends and have fun. As a child, in elementary school, we often fought, but after moving to high school, we became more conscious. We began to be more interested in study and the future.
In 2022, I graduated from school 64 in Bishkek and then entered the New Generation Academy at the American university in central Asia. Nga is like 12th grade. After that, I entered De Anza College in San Jose, but after the first semester I decided to transfer to the Lake Washington Institute of Technology because I have more old friends here and it will be morally easier for me, I will not feel lonely. I also love my family and my relatives very much. I always like to spend time with them. I feel comfortable with them and I have a lot of memories with them. I especially miss Erali’s relative from 2005, but he’s as big as Shakeel Onil. I have a lot of friends of different nationalities. I became friends
with them when I was studying at Nga. Friends play a very important role in everyone’s life.
My father is a very smart man. He was one of the best students at his school. I’ve always wanted to be like him in this regard. My teacher, who is now studying in Pennsylvania, calls my father a legend. By the way, this teacher played a very important role in my life, he taught me and my brother English. He is a friend of our family, he and I often play chess. In four years, I won it only 3 times, so I think it was accidental. To make you understand, I took the first places in school tournaments and also in nga. I have 1200 elo on chess.com. He also plays the guitar and piano well, he played part at our house and after that my brother decided to learn to play too. I believe that the environment has a great impact on a person and the most important thing is to be kind to other people because each of us is living this life for the first time, everyone makes mistakes.
