Primary Group

Definition
A primary group is a small and intimate group of people in which you feel most close to and comfortable with. People in your primary group are people who you can be completely yourself with and share intimate details of your life with.

Example
An example of people in my own primary group include my best friend, my mom, and my boyfriend. I don’t have to be scared to express who I really am with those people because I am comfortable around them and I feel comfortable sharing secrets and sensitive parts of my life with them.
