Social Values

Definition 1
Social Relationship

This is when two or more people are interacting, either verbally or physically.

I have social relationships at work. I am a bank teller and I talk to two or sometimes even more people at a time. This means I interact with them verbally.

Definition 2
Social values are what shape a culture and what the culture is centered around. These values are a set moral principles or guidelines. The moral principles are based on beliefs, traditions, etc. Examples of this are freedom, honesty, or hard-work.

One example of how this affects me is quite obvious. Here in the US, one of our values are freedom. If it weren’t for freedom, my life and everyone else’s lives would be completely different.
